Benedikt Ebner is CEO and Co-Founder of PRODUCTIONARY, where he and his team build game-inspired software for manufacturing. Their mission is to make production management more transparent, intuitive, and efficient for small and midsize manufacturers. Benedikt studied Product Engineering and Innovation Management and spent around ten years in international B2B sales across industrial technology and software. Through his work with more than 100 manufacturing companies, he developed a deep understanding of shop floor challenges and the need for practical, affordable digital solutions.
