Nicolai Gruber leads Generative AI initiatives at the Mercedes-Benz Digital Factory Campus, where he shapes and advances the integration of large language models and multimodal AI into manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance domains. He holds an MBA in Digital Transformation Management from Goethe University Frankfurt, with a focus on enterprise IT architectures and industrial-scale innovation, as well as a bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen. Prior to joining the MO360 AI Factory, he contributed to early-stage innovation efforts at Mercedes-Benz, helping define key initiatives in digital transformation. His technical foundation includes roles in software engineering and digital consulting for both large corporations and SMEs.
